Handling before shipment

We generally spend about 1–2 business days preparing an order after payment is successfully authorized. This period ends when the parcel is dispatched.

Travel with the carrier

From dispatch, estimated transportation takes a further 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Checkout identifies serviceable destinations and charges; carrier timing is an estimate, not a promised arrival date, and early tracking events may appear late.

When a parcel needs investigation

Confirm the complete delivery address at checkout. If tracking stalls, the shipment is lost or damaged, or a delivered scan cannot be located, contact ramsey.niheem@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking details, and preserve packaging and provide photographs for damage.
