Returns we consider

Both defective and non-defective products can be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Submit the request within 30 days after delivery for goods that are new. A non-defective product must be unused and kept in its original condition; eligible reasons may include changing your mind, preferring another choice or selecting the wrong option.

Start with an approval request

Email ramsey.niheem@gmail.com with the purchase number, checkout email, reason and outcome you want. For a defect, damage, incorrect item, missing part or significant description mismatch, attach helpful photos or video. Wait for approval before posting the goods; we will confirm the accurate return address and instructions.

Return postage, exchange and refund

A free prepaid return label comes inside the package for eligible postal returns. After approval, use that label and the confirmed instructions; ask for assistance if the label is absent or lost. We do not charge a restocking fee. An exchange depends on review and stock availability. Within 10 days after refund approval, we process and initiate the credit to the original payment method. The bank may take longer to display it. Rights that law makes mandatory continue to apply.
